What To Expect

At Procom Racing, we strive to provide you with the most outstanding experience possible. From our professional staff, to our comforable accommodations, to our Top Shelf work, and much more. This is what you can expect from us everytime your car is dropped off for service.

COMFORTABLE WAITING AREA

A major part of your visit is spent in our waiting room and we've gone to great lengths to make you as comfortable as possible. Comfortable seating, TV, complimentary drinks, snacks, and coffee are all part of the experiance. Our waiting room also overlooks our flawless dyno cell with display readouts shown on the waiting room monitors. During your experience here you are engulfed in everything motorsport.

INCOMING INSPECTION

Every vehicle that enters the shop goes through an incoming inspection. This is a thorough visual inspection where we record any damage, dash lights, etc. As well, all of your vehicle's basic information is taken down as well such as VIN, license plate, & mileage.

MULTI-POINT INSPECTION

Once the incoming inspection is completed, the vehicle is then handed off to the shop. Before any work is completed, the technician confirms the incoming inspection and then performs a rigorous inspection of all parts of the vehicle including fluid levels, maintainence items, and much more.

TOP SHELF WORKMANSHIP

Every one of professional staff treats your car as if it was their own. Through out the entire stay at our facility proper covers are used to protect paint, interior, etc. 

OLD PARTS RETURNED

You can elect to keep or discard of your old parts. If you wish to hold on to your old parts, they are properly packaged and put back in the vehicle.

OUTGOING INSPECTION / WASH

After the service shop has completed their work, but before it is returned to the owner, a final inspector performs an outgoing inspection. During this time everything is scrutinized. The installed items are looked over, the interior & exterior are inspected, and outgoing mileage recorded for our records. Most larger projects will also receive a complimentary wash before being returned.

CONSULTATION

Upon pick up of the vehicle the customer is instructed about the changes made to vehicle and what he can expect about the modifications performed. During this time, any future maintenance items are gone over and any questions are answered.

FULL TRANSPARENCY

Our shop management software is available on your phone, computer, and tablet. It can viewed anytime with a simple log in. You'll be able to see pictures, track progress, see parts ETA's, etc. Saves you a phone call and you're always able to keep tabs on your vehicle. It's this level of transparency that sets us apart from many other facilities.

VEHICLE TRANSPORT

We can also provide vehicle transportation to and from your location. Our experianced drivers and shipping agents have the knowledge, skill, and care to get your vehicle delivered to and from our facility safely and securely. Ask about our shipping rates!
